In addition, he is director of National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation, director of Shelby Energy Cooperative since 1987, director of ACES Power Marketing since 2004, director of Shelbyville Municipal Water & Sewer Commission since 2000 and director of NASDAQ-traded Republic Bancorp since 1995.
Mr. Stratton will participate in BioNeutral Group advisory board’s activities related to Kentucky and other states in which the company seeks to do business. BioNeutral recently conducted meetings with government and healthcare organizations in Kentucky and is positioning the company’s products to be distributed to healthcare facilities in the state upon regulatory and hospital association approval.
