Susser Holdings Corp. (SUSS) Reports 2009 Profit

Susser Holdings Corp. reported net income of $2.1 million, or $0.12 per diluted share, in 2009, a decline from the $16.5 million, or $0.97 per diluted share, earned in 2008. Revenues were reported at $3.3 billion in 2009, down from $4.4 billion in 2008. Susser Holdings Corporation attributed the decline to a large drop in the price of fuel, which was reflected in fuel sales across the company’s stores.
