Black Chandelier’s positive financial news isn’t bound by just retail traffic. Gold’s designs caught the attention of WWE executives at the Los Angeles’ Fashion Week in March, who later approached him for the opportunity.
Nexia Holdings’ Landis Lifestyle Salon reported a 53 percent growth in net sales to $570,004 in the first four months of 2007, as compared to $373,191 in the first four months of 2006. For the single month of April 2007, Landis net sales increased 34 percent to $144,907 from $107,951 in 2006.
Moving to its real estate interests, total rental income for three properties in Salt Lake City, grew 83 percent to $971,610 in the first four months of 2007, compared to $530,091 last year.
“Our net sales results continue to show impressive growth. Since November 2006, we have achieved consecutive month-to-month growth in revenues from Black Chandelier and Landis Lifestyle Salons, proving our strategies are working,” stated Nexia President Richard Surber, in the statement. “We are on track to meet or exceed overall sales projections of $3.2 million, including our rental properties, by year-end 2007.”
