Shandong Zhouyuan Seed and Nursery Co. (OTCBB: SZSN) stock price rose today after the company announced it entered into an agreement with Jixi Xingcheng Real Estate Development Co. and that the two companies will develop the Zhouyuan Building project together. DURA Automotive Systems Inc. (PINK SHEETS: DRRAQ) announced today that it filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court a plan of reorganization term sheet and backstop purchase agreement for an equity rights offering. Investors reacted to this news as the companies share price fell almost 14 cents, or 34 percent, to about 27 cents today on volume of 1.84 million. This right offering is intended to help the company get out of chapter 11 bankruptcy.
