(PINK SHEETS: DRRAQ) announced today that it filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court a plan of reorganization term sheet and backstop purchase agreement for an equity rights offering. Investors reacted to this news as the companies share price fell almost 14 cents, or 34 percent, to about 27 cents today on volume of 1.84 million. This right offering is intended to help the company get out of chapter 11 bankruptcy.
