(TSX-V: USCO) (OTCQB: USCFF), this morning announced that two independent proxy advisory firms, Institutional Shareholder Services and Glass, Lewis & Co., have recommend that US Cobalt shareholders vote "FOR" the previously announced acquisition by First Cobalt.
