China Cuts Interest Rates by 1.08%

Today, China announced its largest interest rate cut in 11 years to encourage borrowing as well as its support of a multibillion-dollar stimulus package to boost slowing economic growth. Currently, the DOW is up over 89 points as stocks continue to recover from last week’s losses.
