DataXoom Reaches Agreement with Mer Telemanagement Solutions Ltd. (MTSL) to Provide MNVE Solutions

Mer Telemanagement Solutions, a supplier of Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE) services and Telecommunications Expense Management (TEM) solutions worldwide, announced today that it has reached an agreement with DataXoom, a large U.S. based MVNO, to supply its cloud and managed services MVNE solution. The three and a half year agreement stipulates a total revenue minimum of $1.1 million through the term of the agreement.
