Graymark Healthcare, Inc. (GRMH) Announces Corporate Name Change, New Ticker Symbol

Graymark Healthcare announced that as of Dec. 12, 2013, it has changed its corporate name to Foundation Healthcare, Inc. The company has also commenced trading its common stock under the new ticker symbol FDNH, effective Dec. 12, and will no longer trade under its former symbol, GRMH.
