The One World Doll Project (OWOO) Selects "Real Housewives of Atlanta" Star to Create Doll

Subsidiary of One World Holdings, The One World Doll Project, proclaimed today that it has signed a production and licensing agreement with Cynthia Bailey of the Real Housewives of Atlanta to create a fashion doll designed in her likeness.

“The One World Doll Project has been approached by many celebrities desiring to have a doll created in their image and Cynthia Bailey was the perfect choice to be our first celebrity collectors doll,” stated Joanne Melton, CEO of One World Holdings. “Over the next few months, we intend to undertake four of these celebrity doll projects which we anticipate will generate approximately $1.2 million in annual revenue for the company. Partnerships with celebrities like Cynthia Bailey are a key part of our strategy to create shareholder value and establish The One World Doll Project as a significant first- mover in the underserved multi-cultural doll market,” she added.

“I’m elated at the opportunity to work with Stacey McBride-Irby and design a doll that will expand my message and the overall mission of The Bailey Agency School of Fashion to be confident, to feel empowered and to always be inspired. As young girls, we looked at dolls as a representation of beauty. I hope looking at this doll will display not only physical beauty, but will also represent the beauty of being confidently and unapologetically who you are,” said Bailey.

Supermodel Cynthia Bailey currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with her daughter Noelle and husband Peter. Originally hailing from Alabama, Bailey moved to New York City 25 years ago to pursue modeling dreams. A career highlight includes beating out Naomi Campbell for a co-starring role opposite Sandra Bernhardt in her film, Without You I’m Nothing. Working regularly for her friend and super-star film director Brett Ratner, Bailey stared in most of his early movies and music videos. Bill Cosby also casted her for two episodes of The Cosby Show. Additional television appearances include NY Undercover, Soul Train, and working as a guest host for programs on BET. Bailey’s commercial spots include Macys, Levis, Mercedes Benz, and more. In addition to Atlanta “housewife” duties, Bailey can often be seen on Good Morning America were she serves as a fashion correspondent.
