Imogo Mobile Technologies today announced that it has entered into a strategic alliance with software service provider Newgen Software Technologies Limited under which Newgen will develop mobile applications software for Imogo for a variety of specialty markets including utilities, oil and gas, infrastructure and green initiatives.
Newgen, a leading global provider of Business Process Management (BPM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Customer Communication Management (CCM) software solutions, is headquartered in New Delhi, India with additional offices in India, London, Dubai and McLean, VA.
Imogo President, Founder and CEO Stewart Irvine noted that Newgen has shown leadership in the software industry for more than 20 years, supporting multiple platforms and languages in more than 40 countries.
Irvine also noted that the relationship with Newgen yields a number of very important benefits for Imogo and its shareholders. “We believe it will increase the number of high quality, multi-platform applications we can bring to market, expand our reach into a larger number of geographic and specialty markets and significantly reduce our application development time. As a result, we expect to see the Company’s time to revenue accelerated, and the number of addressable revenue opportunities expanded,” Irvine said.
