After the closing bell, Performance Health Technologies announced that it has appointed Tommy J. Harris to its board of directors. Mr. Harris has more than 40 years of extensive operational and financial experience. He holds a CPA certificate and is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors for Vigilant Solutions, LLC (Vigilant).
Before joining Vigilant, Mr. Harris served the Associated Press, the world’s largest news organization, as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Other past experiences include serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Remote Management Systems, Inc, and managing general audits and SEC compliance requirements for clients around the globe during his term at Price Waterhouse & Co.
