Recon Technology, Ltd. reported a strong increase in sales in fiscal 2010 as the company benefited from increases in business from two large customers. The company also reported an increase in net income compared to fiscal 2009. Gateway Energy Corp. reported that it has signed an agreement to purchase energy infrastructure assets from a private company. The company agreed to pay $1.1 million to Laser Pipeline Company, LP, a private oil and gas company, in exchange for four separate natural gas pipelines. Gateway Energy Corporation announced yesterday that the Company entered into an agreement to acquire natural gas pipeline assets from Laser Pipeline Company, LP for $1.1 million.
