Cereplast (CERP) Names Michael Okada as Chief Financial Officer

Cereplast, a manufacturer of proprietary biobased, sustainable bioplastics, has appointed Michael Okada to lead the company’s financial initiatives as CFO, effective February 5, 2013. Okada joined Cereplast in April 2011 as vice president and corporate controller and was appointed to the role of chief accounting officer and interim CFO in February 2012.
