The latest acquisition by NCTW, Nascent Wine Co. was the key to the Company becoming the first nationwide distributor of imported food products into Mexico.
Analysts suggest that this move will allow “fold in” acquisitions to be much easier to implement. Plus, the winning of nationwide distribution exclusivities for the Company, should accrue as an added benefit to Nascent, due to its “critical mass”.
