National Automation Services, Inc. (NASV.PK) Management Team

The daily challenge of directing National Automation Services, the growing provider of process automation control solutions, falls largely on the shoulders of a 6-man team of engineering, financial, marketing, and management experts.

• Robert Chance (CEO) – Actively involved in the management of NAS since he became a majority owner, Robert Chance joined the board of directors and began serving as CEO in 2007. In addition to having direct management experience in four Fortune 100 companies (Siemans, Johnson Controls, Honeywell IAC, and Fisher Controls International), he also spent over two years as the COO of Nytrox Systems.

• Jeremy Briggs (VP, Chief Accounting Officer, Principal Financial Officer) – Joining NAS in 2008, Jeremy Briggs brings with him over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, in addition to associated planning, budget management, cost controls, operations oversight, construction accounting, quality assurance, and employee mentoring. He holds a Masters of Accounting and Financial Management.

• Brandon Spiker (VP of Operations, Principal Engineer) – Educated as an Electrical Engineer, Brandon Spiker joined NAS in 2008, and is responsible for the daily operations of the company, in addition to those of wholly-owned subsidiary Intuitive Systems Solutions, and Intecon, Inc. He has over 15 years of experience in systems integration.

• David Marlow (VP of Sales & Marketing) – David Marlow has 20 years of sales and marketing experience, and led a business unit with Arizona-based Thermal Engineering in the Powder and Bulk Solids industries, selling and manufacturing original process equipment. Under his leadership, the unit experienced double-digit growth.

• Manual Ruiz (Director of Engineering) – Manual Ruiz, one of the original owners and founders of now wholly-owned subsidiary Intuitive Systems Solutions, joined the NAS board of directors in 2007. He has over 21 years of PLC system programming and design experience, working for Honeywell designing building automation systems and industrial controls.

• Jody Hanley (Project Manager/Engineering) – President of NAS wholly-owned subsidiary Intuitive System Solutions, Jody Hanley has over 15 years supervisory and management experience, including work with Merck Medco, a Fortune 50 company.
