MMRGlobal, Inc. is moving forward with full force in its business strategies to continually tap into all markets and industries that can benefit from MMRGlobal technologies. Our conversations with the MMRGlobal Chairman and CEO, Bob Lorsch, regarding growth and development contain discussions focused on the Company’s ingenuity and “out of the box” thinking to capitalize on the extreme breadth of untapped consumers which can benefit from what MMRGlobal has to offer.
The more obvious consumers, such as people directly in the medical field or people that move about regularly receiving health care in various locations, and the general population who openly acknowledge the importance of accessing their own records, are only scratching the surface. The importance of securely having access to important documents (through www.myesafedepositbox.com) or medical records (through www.mymedicalrecords.com) reaches millions more people who travel. Corporations can benefit by enrolling in the program to securely access documents anywhere an internet connection is available for their executives and employees without the need to physically take the documents on person, which can subject the documents to loss or damage.
In today’s press release, the Company announced the formal launch of a new department, MMRGlobal Travel and Benefits Sales Group, which will be headed by Patrice A. Shilling. Ms. Shilling has been named Vice President, Global Travel and Benefit Sales and brings with her an extensive background as an executive in the travel industry. She has held senior level positions at Travelocity Business, American Express, Alitalia Airlines and Le Méridien and worked with world-class clients such as Samsung, Medtronic, UBS, McKesson, Accenture, Liberty Mutual and Boston Scientific, to name a few.
Mr. Lorsch stated, “Patrice Shilling will lead an initiative to sell our branded Personal Health Record (PHR) (www.mmrvideos.com) and MyEsafeDepositBox products to travel procurement groups and employers with the emphasis on how they add to the safety and security of employees who travel globally, particularly expats [expatriates]. Our strategy will also include targeting organizations like ADP who work regularly with human resources executives and corporate purchasing departments.”
“Our plan envisions selling through corporate procurement, human resources and risk management, as these are untapped channels,” commented Ms. Shilling. She continued, “Opportunity exists to establish strategic partnerships and alliances with online technology companies, including associations, financial and affinity groups, reward programs and travel providers such as my previous employers American Express and Travelocity Business.”
MMRGlobal is pushing forward with growth strategies with Mr. Lorsch at the helm. Nationwide radio and television sponsorship and promotional campaigns are regularly being used to promote the Company’s technologies and services. Distribution agreements and partnering discussions are continuously being negotiated with large corporations, such as Kodak. With this growth, MMRGlobal has now moved locations into a larger office space to facilitate continued additions of personnel as required for properly maintaining the domestic and international business relations that are being established.
