Intelligentias was pleased to announce earlier today that it closed a $3.0 million financing deal with Vision Opportunity Master Fund, Ltd. In turn, Intelligentias issued Vision a $3.0 million senior secured promissory note and an anti-dilution warrant to purchase up to 5.5 million shares of common stock at $2.05 per share.
The proceeds from the financing will be used to complete the acquisition of Datakom GmbH. Datakom is an established firm which specializes in the legal interception of telecommunications, test systems and security software. The transaction will enable Intelligentias to realize its full potential in the exciting software sector.
