eBenefits Direct, Inc. (EBFD.PK) announced Friday afternoon that it has entered in a partnership with Assurant Heatlth. This agreement specifies that Assurant Health will sell EBFD’s major health insurance products on a multitude of levels; giving the company creditability and support of an organization with over $20 billion of assets and $ 7 billion in annual revenue.
Under the specific terms of the agreement, EBFD will now be permitted to sell major health insurance products offered by the AIZ company and is to receive compensation from all sales and transactions completed.
EBFD President, Randy Schleger, stated “We have captured yet another major health insurance provider that will help catapult this organization forward in becoming the beacon for obtaining health & life insurance via the internet.”
