Many people are using headsets to work from home, talk to their friends via the computer, record their voice and listen to music, but most of these devices transmit sound through the microphones. Some of these consumers are looking for noise cancellation devices or technology that cancel or at least minimize unwanted sounds.
As for the ones already on the market, they work well but with the ever advancing tech world there are always new applications being developed or improved as we can see in the case of DnC Multimedia who announced today that it will be demonstrating its new noise cancellation and hearing aide device at CeBIT in Hanover, Germany next week.
Since 1986, groups from the IT and telecommunications industry including those from the wholesale/retail sector, skilled trades, banks, the services sector, government agencies, and all users passionate about technology have been flocking to the CEBIT trade show. CeBIT is the world’s largest trade fair showcasing digital IT and telecommunications solutions for home and work environments where attendees and participants can compare notes on current industry trends, networking, and product presentations.
DnC Multimedia will be demonstrating the new portable noise cancellation and hearing aide device at Hall 23, Stand B34 to more than 480,000 attendees. The device combines patented advanced noise cancellation technology and multimedia functionality which can be used by a range of users, from a dual MP3 player / hearing aid for the elderly, to noise cancellation devices for telephone call center workers.
The company’s management is thrilled in regards to next week’s activity. CEO Robert Lott stated, “We are very excited about CeBIT this year because we have the new noise cancellation device and several other novel products that have been very well received, such as our Microsoft Windows Vista Sideshow Portable Media Player (SPMP), our Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (DMB) and a number of other unique products.”
