Chairman of the Board Hin Hiong Khoo comes with vast International Business experience and has assisted many different companies over the past 40 years. In addition he also sits on the board of Voium Technologies. He has held past positions on foreign stock exchange boards and currently sits on the China Access 2008 Board. China Access 2008 is a program setup to initiate foreign investment within the Chinese economy. Mr. Khoo also sits on the board of the Pacific Rim Forum, a collection of businesses and governments concerned in Asia Pacific business.
President & CEO Bill Burbank brings more than 25 years of successful business development working in public and private companies with emerging technologies and markets. Before becoming CEO Mr. Burbank was CEO of DTnet, which is a distributor of telecommunications equipment. He was also COO of Voip where he managed operations generating over $40 million in revenues.
CFO and Board member D. Ronald Allen, CPA co-founder of China Voice Holding Company has held positions of Chairman, CEO, President and Secretary of the Company. His experience entails Real Estate, Financial Management, and small business start-ups. Before co-founding the company he was chairman on the board of electronics manufacturer Integrated Performance Systems traded under the symbol (IFPS.OB)
Overseeing the China operations is Chun Lin Xing which currently consists of two subsidiaries. His experience includes 14 years of IT businesses and he has started 4 companies in China. He is also founder and CEO of China subsidiary Candid Soft Beijing and has been involved with other business ventures between China and the US as well as having received numerous awards from the Chinese government.
John Iacovelli Chief Information Officer has many years of Technical and marketing experience. He is also the Marketing Director of US subsidiary DTnet. His experience included technical management at VoIP, Inc, Pony Express, Clarion Software, and Expert Software where he produced and marketed several successful products.
The management team also consists of two Chinese advisors, Mr. Zilliacus and Mr. Ling, both of which have extensive experience managing multinational corporations. They serve as independent advisors and investors to the company.
