General Motors Corp. (GM) Pushes for Sales, Offers 0% Financing

Today it was announced that General Motors will be offering financing as low as zero percent over the next week for several 2008 and 2009 models in an effort to accelerate a big year-end sales push. The news came after its financing arm was given $5 billion in bailout funds to stave off a bankruptcy protection filing. Today, China 3C Group announced that it has agreed to acquire 100% of Jinhua Baofa Logistic Ltd. ("Jinhua"), a well-known logistic company in Eastern China. Technical Analysis: The Importance of Relative Strength Index (RSI)

The Relative Strength Index (RSI), a popular momentum oscillator, is extremely useful in the application of technical analysis. It is widely accepted that if the RSI rises above 30, it is considered bullish for the underlying stock. On the other hand, if the RSI falls below 70, it is a bearish signal.
