Ormat Technologies (ORA) Announces Joint Venture Agreement for Solar Power Systems

The Nevada Company Ormat Technologies announced that Ormat Subsidiaries Ltd., its Israeli subsidiary, entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with Sunday Energy Ltd.
