Cyber Digital Outlines Recent Acquisitions and Subsidiaries

(OTCBB: CYBD) announced today that it formed two wholly-owned subsidiaries in December 2006 for the sole purpose of acquiring two competitive local exchange carriers (CLEC) namely New Rochelle Telephone Corp. and Telecarrier Services Inc. These subsidiaries are named CYBD Acquisition Inc. and CYBD Acquisition II Inc.
