ALL Fuels & Energy Company (AFSE.OB) announced that the Iowa Transportation Commission (ITC) awarded the City of Manchester, IA, a grant of up to $306,000 for various road improvements. This grant was disclosed after AFSE proposed a 100 million gallon per year ethanol production facility in Manchester, IA.
