BWI (Pink Sheets:BDWT), the Calgary area’s largest local roll-off waste hauling company, signed a letter of intent with the largest rural residential waste collection company in the Calgary area, Kosland Waste Management Ltd. (Kosland). Operating for over 12 years, Kosland provides rural residential waste collection to all rural municipalities surrounding the Calgary area; as well as managing a fleet of 8 and 12 cubic yard waste bins. The pending merger will increase BWI’s presence in the residential collection market and diversify the waste bin services currently offered by BWI.
