Budget Waste Inc. Acquires A & R Waste

Budget Waste Inc. (Pink Sheets:BDGW) has successfully completed negotiations with A&R Waste and have finalized the acquisition of all assets and client lists. This strategic move places BWI in a very strong position in the rapidly expanding south/central Alberta rural market. A&R Waste has been servicing clients in the area for 20 years and has a strong position in industrial, front load, curbside, and rural residential operations. The addition of these assets will allow BWI to streamline rural operations and capitalize on the explosive growth in the region. This acquisition is one of several being actively pursued by BWI which has a mandate to facilitate growth by acquisition.
