Brinx Resources updated the investment community on the company’s recent oil and gas exploration and development activity in the United States. The company has interests in projects in California and Oklahoma.
Brinx Resources is planning to increase activity in the company’s core area in Oklahoma in partnership with third party operators. This activity will mostly involve the drilling of offset wells to currently producing wells.
Brinx Resources is also involved in a three dimensional seismic acquisition program in Oklahoma with several other operators. The Washita Bend 3D exploration project covered a 135 square mile area and mapped prospective drilling sites for the company.
Brinx Resources and its partners are now processing and analyzing the seismic data and estimate that up to 50 drilling locations will be identified on the company’s acreage. The company plans to drill an initial exploration well based on this data. This well is part of a ten well program planned by the company for the next 90 days.
Brinx Resources is also working on the King City Project in California, which comprises 10,000 acres of oil and gas leasehold. The company plans to drill an exploration well shortly and is targeting two hydrocarbon bearing zones at the site.
