VuBotic Stock (VBTC.OB) Launches 82 Percent

It’s been a good day for VuBotics Inc. (OTCBB: VBTC). After the company announced it would be partnering with mobile content provider Handmark, VuBotics stock jumped up an amazing 82 percent – an increase even large-market companies on the Nasdaq have to be jealous of. AstraZeneca (AZN) and MedImmune (MEDI) Acquisition Spur Confusion

Shares of AstraZeneca (NYSE: AZN) fell more than 5 percent to $55.77 as MedImmune (NASDAQ: MEDI) shares jumped 18 percent to $56.59 on word AstraZeneca will acquire the vaccine and cancer-therapy developer. According to some analysts, $15.2 billion, or $58 in cash per share is just too much. The price offered per share is a 53 percent premium over MedImmune’s closing price just before it announced it would soon be on the market, and is quite a bit more than the $38 to $44 price some analysts expected. The deal is good for MedImmune shareholders but causes some analysts confusion.…

According to recent Reuters reports, Umaru Yar’Adua of the ruling People’s Democratic Party won the Saturday election with 24,638,063 votes – a definite win over his nearest rival, Muhammadu Buhari of the All Nigeria People’s Party, who only pulled in 6,605,299 votes. Unfortunately, the elections were far from perfect, riddled with ballot-stuffing, violence, and a short of millions of voting papers.
