With a Chinese "firecracker" sendoff, Solar EnerTech Corp. (SOEN.OB) reports that it has shipped its first container of solar modules produced for the South African market from its facility in Shanghai.   The shipment is part of the Fan Qie Trading, Ltd. sales order that the Company announced earlier this year.
