Shares of Opthalmic Imaging Systems Inc. (OTCBB: OISI) slipped down today after releasing its financial results for the second quarter of 2007. In mid-day trading, OISI was down 21 cents (12 percent) to $1.50 per share on volume of just over 92,000 shares. Octillion Corp. (Pink Sheets: OCTL), which is behind the first-of-its-kind transparent glass window capable of generating electricity, announced today the spinout of its wholly-owned subsidiary, MicroChannel Technologies Corporation. “In order to concentrate our efforts in developing leading edge solar energy technologies, we've decided to spin out our MicroChannel subsidiary to shareholders,” said Mr. Harmel S. Share prices for Icagen Inc. (NASDAQ: ICGN) edged up 3.28 percent today to $1.89 a share, thanks largely to the company's recent second quarter financial results.
