Sub-Surface Waste Management, Inc. (SSWM.OB) Subsidiary Completes Bi-lingual Staff Training Manuals

Sub-Surface Waste Management subsidiary, Environmental Tec International, S.A. de C.V. (ETI), announced that its engineering staff completed bi-lingual staff training manuals for the State of Puebla's Secretaria Del Medio Ambiente Y Recursos Naturales (Secretariat) which will begin its pollution permitting project next week. ETI and the students from Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (BUAP) will train Secretariat staff to create a state-wide environmental regulatory permit and fee structure program.
