Inform Worldwide’s Subsidiary, One World Energy Corporation, entered into a Coal Lease Agreement for 180 acres located in Greene County, Pennsylvania. The subsidiary is now obtaining the required permitting and bonding for the site. The company also entered into a Coal Bed Methane Lease, which also covers 180 acres, and will be obtaining the required permitting and bonding for that site as well. The Bed Methane Lease contains three seams of coal. The Wayneburg Seam is at least five feet thick with an overburden of 0-10 feet.
