Lumonall, Inc (LUMN.OB) Announces Agreement with Adex Development Corp.

Lumonall, Inc. (LUMN.OB) announced that the company has entered into an agreement with Concord Adex Development Corps. According to the agreement, Lumonall will manufacturer all of Concord's future Exit Signs’ orders. Concord Adex is the developer of CityPlace in downtown Toronto and ParkPlace in North York; both areas are large, residential and urban Master Planned Communities. Concord Adex's current projects consist of building seven condominium buildings in City Place and constructing two condominium buildings in Park Place.
