Pure Biofuels Corp. recently announced they have signed an agreement with Immobiliaria Alpha SAC to purchase 15,000 Hectares of land. In the agreement Pure will acquire 100% of the shares of Immobilaria and transfer 1,000 hectares of land back to the seller after the acquisition is completed, which is currently scheduled for the end of March.
