In another ugly week for the broader market, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell by 373 points, adding to a year to date loss that is now 10.3%. The Nasdaq continued its slide with a loss of 59 points, and a dismal year to date loss of 16.6%. The S&P 500 fell 2.8% or 37 points, weighed down by a host of concerns regarding the lack of liquidity in the municipal bond and secondary mortgage markets, bringing its year to date loss to 11.9%.
