Intelligentias, Inc. (ITLI.OB) Subsidiary Signs Contract with Largest ISP in Germany

Intelligientias, a growing force in the homeland security industry, announced that its Datakom portfolio subsidiary sold its Gigabit Ethernet Monitoring Solution to the largest ISP in Germany. The company confirmed that the contract dollar value totaled to 500,000 euros, or approximately $750,000. ALL Fuels & Energy Company (AFSE.PK) Receives Additional Letter of Intent for Ace Ethanol Acquisition

ALL Fuels & Energy announced this morning that it has signed an additional letter of intent from a new equity partner for $27 million. The company has designated the funds for the specific purpose of acquiring Ace Ethanol, LLC, which operates a 46 MM gallon per year Delta T design production facility. General Steel Holdings Joint Venture Approved

China’s first U.S. publicly traded company, General Steel Holdings Inc. (OTCBB: GSHO), announced today that it has received approval for its Joint Venture with Shaanxi Longmen Iron and Steel Group (“Longmen”) in the Shaanxi province. EST Releases Second Quarter Earnings

As second quarter earnings season hits full swing, Electronic Sensor Technology (EST) (OTCBB: ESNR) has come to join the party by releasing its own results.
