Qualmark Corp.’s (QMRK.OB) Board Approves Resolution to Delist and Deregister; Stock Falls 42.22%

The Board of Directors of QualMark Corporation has unanimously adopted a resolution to delist its shares from the Over the Counter Bulletin Board and to terminate the registration of its common stock under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The company expects to file a form with the Securities and Exchange Commission suspending its SEC reporting obligations effective May 12, 2008. Exxon Mobil Corp.'s plans for developing the mammoth Point Thomson oil and natural gas field have been tossed out by Alaskan State Officials. Exxon is now taking legal action to determine if the state government has the right to revoke such leases. Point Thomson is one of the largest undeveloped oil fields in the U.S., and the Alaskan government has been bothered by the inaction of oil companies with regards to the field.
