RRsat Global Communications (RRST) Beats 2Q Estimates, Raises Guidance

RRsat Global Communications Network Ltd. (RRST), an Israeli provider of global content management and distribution services to television and radio broadcasters, announced second quarter financial results this morning. Revenues rose 30% to $19.1 million vs. analysts’ consensus of $18.5 million. Adjusted net income (non-GAAP) was $3.6 million, or 20 cents per share, an increase of 31% and 3 cents better than analysts’ estimates.
