SAMEX Mining Corp. (SMXMF.OB) Completes Private Placement, Indicates Test Results Meet Expectations

When all these factors come together, a solid revenue producing company is established. Those who have put the equity into the venture are rewarded with exceptional profit and (what an early stage investor is interested in) building a going concern. Being an investor right from the get-go may not be for all investors, but for those who want a ground floor opportunity to satisfaction and profit, there is…

Phoenix Technologies Limited (PTEC) Business Set to Soar

The stock is listed in the Software & Programming Industry, but the nature of the business has a unique touch. Not all stock investors are computer wizards, but you do not have to be one to appreciate the brilliance of the strategy at work here. Technical excellence is not unusual in any part of the Technology Sector. However, many stocks suffer because management leaders get lost in technicalities. Some corporations in the software business have been started by engineers and academicians with little…

The New World Business Paradigm of China BAK Battery Inc. (CBAK)

This stock is an object lesson in a new way of doing business. It treats losses as investments. The company operates in China, though it is listed on NASDAQ. Do not heap scorn on the practice of accumulating losses for market share, because contrary to business management theory, it seems to work. It may have something to do with the nature of the business of lithium-ion batteries. Look around and you will find that we all use them. Electronic devices cannot be portable without lithium-ion batteries. They power laptops, cellular telephones, and music players. You might expect that something which…
