Today before the opening bell, Hunt Gold announced that it has successfully completed its current round of drilling at its "Mockingbird" Gold property in Arizona. The 8th and final hole drilled in the southern part of the company’s "Mockingbird" property intercepted foliated Precambrian quartzofeldspathic gneiss for its entire length. There were local zones of quartz flooding and a substantial hematitic overprint. At 108 ft. the hole encountered historic mine workings, which were found to be backfilled with material that the previous miners considered too low-grade to process. Oil Prices Fall as U.S. Inventories Bulge

Oil prices fell today after the government released a report showing that crude inventories have continued to grow, indicating that the demand for oil and gasoline will not rebound anytime soon. Light, sweet crude for February delivery fell 50 cents to settle at $37.28 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Hunt Gold Corp. announced that it has completed its 7th drill hole for its current drilling program at the "Mockingbird" Gold project in Arizona. The hole encountered a broad shear zone from 115 feet to 147 feet. The zone included multiple zones of hydrothermal alteration brecciation cemented with sulfide-clouded quartz.
