OurPet’s Company (OPCO.OB) Announces Financial Results for 2009 Second-Quarter and First-Half

Today, OurPet’s Company announced its financial results for the second quarter and first half ended June 30, 2009. Net revenues for the second quarter increased a respectable 19.6 percent to $3,605,892 compared to the same period a year earlier. Gross margin for the quarter was 30.1 percent, compared to 26.4 percent in the 2008 second quarter. Income from operations totaled $199,384, compared to a loss of ($724,663). Net income rose to $194,934, compared to a net loss of ($769,835). Net revenues for the first half of this year increased 18.1 percent to $6,995,711 compared to the same period in 2008.…
