More Mortgage Rate Cuts

For the second week in a row, rates on 30-year fixed-rate mortgages fell; this week to an average of 6.14 percent, in what experts are calling an indication of increasing concern over ever-weakening financial conditions. It is anticipated that the Federal Reserve will announce even further cuts at the year's final meeting in December.
