Kopin Corp. (KOPN) Receives $600,000 NASA Contract to Develop Nanostructured Solar Cell Technology
Kopin Corp. announced today that it has been awarded a NASA Contract valued at $600,000 to produce nanostructured solar cells comprised of indium gallium phosphide (InGaP) materials. The goal of this two-year project is to develop a more efficient and less expensive solar cell design than existing multi-junction technology. Dr. Roger E.
