Friday, business and technology consulting firm, Premier Alliance Group, Inc., announced that it recently purchased assets of PeopleSource, Inc., a privately held technology staffing and consulting company. The deal follows an Asset Purchase Agreement dated September 18, 2009. Premier Alliance Group will acquire substantially all of PeopleSource’s assets for $500,000, comprising shares of Premier's restricted common stock and cash payouts.
