Horsehead Holding Corp. announced that it is resuming operations at one of its Zinc recycling facilities due to an increase in demand. Jim Hensler, the CEO of Horsehead Holding Corp., said “We remain hopeful that the economy will continue to strengthen as we head towards the 4(th) quarter of 2009."
