The Eaton Vance Credit Opportunities Fund reported net investment income of $1.38 million, or $0.19 per share, in the quarter ending 10/31/2009. This was a decline from the $3.3 million, or $0.45 per share, of net investment income reported in the same quarter of 2008. The Eaton Vance Credit Opportunities Fund reported net assets of $70.3 million, or $9.67 per share, as of 10/31/2009.
