Servotronics, Inc. reported net income of $1.9 million, or $0.92 per diluted share, for the full year 2009. The company earned $3.05 million, or $1.45 per diluted share, in 2008. Servotronics, Inc. said that revenues fell also over the same time frame, to $33.0 million reported in fiscal 2009 from $34.2 million in fiscal 2008.
