Universal Security Instruments Inc., maker and distributor of safety and security devices, announced an increase in both sales and net income for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2010. The company reported sales of $6,301,918 for the fourth quarter, compared to sales of $5,928,367 for the comparable period last year.
