Yesterday, Advance Display Technologies, Inc. announced that a group of Stockholders controlling approximately 90 percent of their outstanding shares filed a Transaction Statement under Section 13(e) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Schedule 13E-3) with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
