Vantage Drilling Company is offering to the public a combination of debt and equity to finance the recently announced acquisition of a 55% interest in the Mandarin Drilling Corporation. This purchase would make Vantage Drilling Company the sole owner of the Mandarin Drilling Corporation. The company earned net income of $127,000, or $0.02 per diluted share, in the quarter ending 6/30/2010, compared to net income of $188,000, or $0.03 per diluted share, in the same quarter of 2009.
